The Bad
  •   Although you get 14.1 megapixels, the sharpness and fineness of the photo can not be compared to that of an SLR quality camera, but remember no point and shoot camera lens is going to give you SLR quailty results.
  • The cover for the A/V output can be difficult to open and move out of the way for the cables

Overall, for the price they are charging, the PowerShot Sd1400 is a nicely equipped digital camera. Sure you can always find better ones out there, you will pay a lot more for a slight increase in capabilities.
